You must pay 50% non-refundable fee to make the reservation. The balance will be due 72 hours prior to your booking. Bookings made within 48 hours require a last-minute booking fee which is an extra $50. Bookings made on the same day require an additional $100 fee. Please let us know within 48 hours if you are adding EXTRAS to your booking. We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal friends and family and Apple pay.  You must be checked into hotel or air bnb before we decorate. We cannot check in for you. You can add us to your reservation, provide an online key, or meet up with us prior to decorating for us to gain access. Key will be left at front desk after set up completion. If you need cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel within 72 hours of booking, we can reschedule a new date for you within 3 months. After 3 months you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours you lose half of your deposit and have up to 2 months to reschedule your booking. After 2 months you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours you forfeit your deposit.
